How do I find out the shipping cost?+
Email the goods, origin, destination, package count, approximate weight and volume. Our team will review the details to explain the pricing basis and charge for your shipment.
Can I create an account in the app?+
Customer accounts are created by the company. If you are a customer, contact the team to receive your username and password.
Where can I find my bill of lading or insurance contract?+
Once uploaded by the team, available documents can be opened from the shipment details using View invoice. This file includes the available shipment documents; availability depends on the shipment.
Do all shipments have a fixed arrival time?+
Timing varies with the transport mode, route and cargo procedures. When an estimated arrival date is assigned to your shipment, you can view it in the app.
